DIPP offers $15 standard shipping Australia wide 

 

Once items have been dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the customer's responsibility to lodge an investigation with the shipping service. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, your address cannot be amended. Please enter your shipping address correctly at the checkout, or you may be charged the appropriate shipping costs to resend your purchase.

 

You will receive tracking information on your order directly from the shipping provider after dispatch.

RETURNS

 

All orders are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind.

 

DIPP has a strict 21 day return policy for faulty goods. Please email hi@dipp.com.co with your order number to explain the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible to issue the exchange.
